Doug has 30 years of combined consulting and business experience in corporate management, organizational development and human resources. His expertise includes strategic planning, team development, process redesign, innovation, and performance management.

Doug was co-founder and partner of Unison Business Development, co-founder and principal of Leadership Ventures Group, and previously a senior consultant with Executive Ventures Group, all dedicated to leadership development and building high-performance teams. He was instrumental in the start-up and subsequent development of Celestial Seasonings into the country's largest herbal tea manufacturer. He originated and directed the human resources function for the company and was responsible for numerous innovative and successful programs in employee training, organizational development and corporate communications.

Doug resides in both Chattanooga, Tennessee and Boulder, Colorado.
