Linda Hodge is founder and president of HODGE & Associates, Inc. She has 20
years of business experience in manufacturing, retail, electronics, and health
care organizations, including three Fortune 500 companies. Prior to starting
HODGE & Associates in 1997 she was Director of Talent Development for
BFGoodrich Aerospace. She also served as an adjunct faculty member for Sinclair
College and Edison State College.
With experience in instructional design, Linda has developed and delivered a
variety of programs in areas such as performance management, selection, giving
and receiving feedback, customer service, leadership development and
organization change.
She is a frequent presenter at national conferences speaking about her work
in the areas of selection and leadership development. She is the author of
several articles, including the following published the Career Planning and
Adult Development Journal.

Linda is an Associate of Lominger, Ltd. and Master Certifier for The
Leadership Architect® Suite of products. In conjunction with Lominger
founders, Bob Eichinger and Mike Lombardo, Linda helped develop the Interview
Architect® Express, an online tool for competency-based interviewing,
and the Learning from ExperienceTM Interview, a
deep interviewing and assessment tool for evaluating learning agility.
Linda holds a Bachelor's degree in communication and psychology and a
Master's degree in clinical psychology from Ball State University. She lives in
Bremen, Ohio.
